My learners

People who see the learner summary instead of the patient chart (the Behavior Technician role) get My Learners in the menu where others see Patients.

The list shows the learners on your care teams today, named the way the learner summary names them: the name they go by and their last initial. For each one you see your next appointment with them over the coming weeks, its appointment type and its location. Learners you have an appointment with come first, soonest first; the rest follow by name with Not booked in place of a time.

Click a learner to open their summary: alerts and allergies, emergency contacts, your own sessions and notes, and their programs and behavior plan. Date of birth, identifiers and insurance never show here.

The list follows the location picked at the top of the menu. A learner leaves it when your care team membership ends.
