What's new
See recent changes to NeatPractice, filtered to the ones that matter for your role, and find what changed since you last looked.
What's new lists recent changes to NeatPractice, newest first. Each update has a title, a line on why it matters and, when there is more to say, the details and a Learn more link to the screen or help page.
Opening it#
Click the help button (the question mark) in the top bar to open the help panel, then click What's new at the bottom. A
New badge beside it means an update arrived since you last opened the page. You can also go to /whats-new.
Updates for your role#
Updates are tagged for the people they affect: clinicians, front desk and schedulers, billers, or administrators. NeatPractice works out which tags fit you from what your role lets you do, so a custom role matches too.
- For my role shows the updates tagged for you plus the ones for everyone. It is selected when the page opens.
- Everything shows every update, with your tags highlighted.
Click Show older updates at the end of the list to load more.
