AI draft review
See how much of each AI-drafted narrative or report section its author kept when signing, compare the draft with the signed text and rate the draft.
AI draft review under Documentation shows every AI draft of a session narrative or a report section, so a clinical supervisor or QA reviewer can see whether authors review what the assistant writes. You need permission to review note audits; with the ABA module, the ABA QA review permission shows ABA notes.
The headline#
The cards at the top count the drafts in the range and how many were signed, the share of signed drafts the author edited (the signed text kept less than 98% of the draft), the average share of each draft kept in the signed text, and how reviewers rated the drafts.
The list#
Each row is the latest draft of one field: when it was drafted, the patient, the document, its author, whether it was a session narrative, a report section or an applied text action, how much of it was kept once signed (Edited or Unedited), and the reviewer's rating and comment. A text action rewrote only a selection, so it counts how much of the suggestion the signed field still holds, and each applied suggestion has its own row. Pick a Range (30 days by default) or narrow to one kind; the patient and provider panels narrow it too.
Comparing and rating#
Choose Compare and Rate in a row's menu to see the draft beside the text in the document. Rate the draft Helpful, Needed edits or Not usable, add a comment if you like, and click Save Rating. A later rating replaces the earlier one. If your role lists other providers' notes without opening them, their rows show without text and cannot be rated.
A note review lists the note's AI drafts too, so you can compare and rate them while you review the note.
