Sharing ideas

Suggest a change to NeatPractice, vote for the ideas your clinic wants most and follow each idea from review to release.

The Ideas board collects suggestions from every clinic that uses NeatPractice. Vote for the ones you want, and follow what the NeatPractice team decides.

Vote for an idea#

Open Support in the main menu and click Ideas, choose Ideas board in the Support menu in the top bar, or use the Share an idea link at the bottom of the help panel. The list shows the ideas with the most votes first. Click the arrow beside an idea to vote, and click it again to take your vote back. Each person has one vote per idea.

Share an idea#

  1. Click Share an Idea.
  2. Enter a Title, choose the Area of the app and describe what you want to do and why it would help.
  3. Click Send Idea. Your vote is added for you.

You can also send an idea as a feature request: choose Request a feature in the Support menu and leave Also post it on the ideas board on. The request lets you talk it through with the NeatPractice team, and the idea goes on the board for votes. The team may also turn a feature request into an idea itself; you are then its author, with the first vote. See Contacting support.

A new idea shows Awaiting review and only you can see it. The NeatPractice team may shorten or reword it before it goes on the board; ideas that name a patient are removed.
